All prices quoted are per room per night based on two people sharing and are inclusive of breakfast

All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Payment by cash and credit or debit cards. Cheques can be accepted but only by prior arrangement

A deposit equivalent to the first night stay is required to secure the reservation, payable by credit or debit card
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
For cancellation more than 28 days prior to the date of arrival, the booking deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee.
For cancellation between 28 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee.
For cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the date of arrival, a charge of 50% of the total booking will be made unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee.
For cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up), the full amount for all nights booked will be charged unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee
As any booking constitutes a legally binding agreement it is recommended that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation in the event of any unforeseen circumstance.
